Shamsa is a strategic business accelerator with proven track record of scaling businesses in disrupted environments by setting corporate goals, identifying new growth opportunities (organic or in-organic), and executing operationally. She has experience of working with large media companies (music, newspaper and broadcasting) in responding to the digital challenge by developing new business and operating models from 2005-2014.
Shamsa is entrepreneurial, energetic and resilient: able to work at pace, while ensuring that key milestones are met and all stakeholders are engaged in process and and informed of progress.
Shamsa started her career with KPMG’s Transaction Services and subsequently joined Egg Plc., the first listed online bank in 2000. She has a BA in Political Science from Wellesley College, an MA in Political Science from Indiana University and an MBA from Cass School of Business, City University of London.
